Washing Hands

Here are some habits that are always good to keep, with or without COVID being around.

Washing your hands.

Washing your hands is a very good way to keep clean, as your hands are probably what you use to touch many things, much more than any other body part you have. By washing them regularly, it keeps them clean so wherever you put your hands next, they won't be transferring anything that was on the things you touched last, keeping everything clean the way it should be. Having too many things dirty can attract many bad things, no matter what kind of dirty it is.

Having a regular checkup with a doctor.

Having regular checkups with your doctor allows your doctor to check you up and make sure you are all happy and healthy. This checkup can be around every 6 months, or a half year, to keep the doctors informed and still make sure you are well, while not visiting the doctor every day.

Brushing your teeth.

Brushing your teeth correctly twice a day or more almost fully ensures that you will have nothing bad happen to your teeth, whether that may be cavities, swollen/bleeding gums, pain in the mouth, and more. Food can build up in your teeth and that food can grow other things which you don't want to have there, and that growth could result in cavities. Not brushing your teeth for a while and then brushing can leave you with bleeding and swollen gums. None of these things are good for you and your teeth, so remember to at least brush once in the morning and once at night!
